Market demands for homes is soaring in Naples!

Pending home sales in the Naples area where up 88.6%. December 2020 had 1,535 pending homes under contract compared to 814 pending sales in December 2019.

Growing demand for homes is still here. But the number of homes for sale December 2020, (3,140) is down 50% from December 2019 (6,183).

Overall sales in December 2020 increased 45.4% to 1,396 closed sales from 960 closed sales December 2019. “There are no signs of a decline in our market," NABOR reported.
